What is Ki Gong?
Ki Gong is best thought of as a meditation in motion. With gentle, but purposeful movements guided by the inhalations and exhalations of the breath, the body is able to improve its joint flexibility, circulation, and balance. The fact that these movements are executed at a slow pace also helps to calm down the busy rushing thoughts of the mind and can bring relief for those suffering from emotional stress as well. The idea is to improve your ability to have control over not just your body, but also the interactions and awareness levels that are present in all the situations that we find ourselves in.
